Abstract


The finance is the core of modern economy. The fund is "the blood" of the economic growth. Rural financial development has close relation with rural economic development. A favorable and adaptive rural financial system will support and guide the development of rural economy. In 2007, the per-captita net income of rural households in Guizhou was 2,374 yuan, less than 60 percent of the national average. For years past, the per-captita net income of rural households in Guizhou is always on the bottom level throughout the country. The issue of "Agriculture, Rural, and farmer" has become an important problem puzzling the Guizhou economy. There may be some reasons engender the rural economy’s growth slowly, one of importance it is the bottleneck of rural finance support function in Guizhou. The rural financial system’s further improved has its own backdrop times and practical significance.For a long time we have paid attention to the relationship between (rural) finance development and (rural) economic growth. The angle of view is gradually from macro to micro, and the research subject is also trending from state or cross-country comparison to regional research or comparison. At present, there are a few special masters about comparatively research on Regional Rural Financial Development and Rural Economic Growth. And under this condition, the author makes comparative analysis on the finance and the economy between Guizhou, Jiangxi and Guizhou. From the view of finance development, the author try to seek the path of enhancing the rural finance supporting function in Guizhou through finding out the reasons of the rural economy growth disparity of the three provinces.The first part introduces the theoretical and realistic significance of selecting topic, research line and research method. The second part reviews the theory and positive of the financial development and economic growth in recent years. The three part makes comparative analysis on the rural economy and rural finance industry status of the three provinces, and finds out the specific difference of the economy and the finance of the three provinces. On the analysis of the rural economy, the author develops from five aspects; while on the analysis of the rural financial industry, the author develops from three aspects like rural financial industry scale, rural financial industry structure and rural financial industry efficiency. The four part consults the Pagano Model in the theory of ontogenesis’economic growth, select the proper index, build the three provinces’rural economic growth model, get through analysis of regression between rural economic growth and rural financial development, concluding that the index of rural financial development take on the direct correlation with the rural economic growth. The last part finds out four reasons of the rural economy growth disparity of the three provinces and puts forward several valuable advice to enhance the rural finance supporting function in Guizhou.
