Abstract


Currently, with the increasing number of students of vocational schools and more and more schools of multi-campus teaching.The educational administration of university become more and more complex.The Course Scheduling of every term is a very important and complicated.In order to improve the efficiency of Course Scheduling,it is very meaningful for each school academic departments to design a scientificand highly efficient Automated Course Scheduling System.Also colleges and universities to enhance the educational level and standard of education quality, but also the implementation of national education in higher education information technology, an important manifestation of modernization. Scheduling problem is that has been plagued by various colleges and universities teaching resources multi-objective combinatorial optimization problems. It not only helps us to solve multi-objective optimization of operational research in class studies, and to solve China’s higher education teaching and student resources are relatively scarce and relatively more of the status quo is particularly relevant. Scheduling problems from mathematical sense, is a course of time, teachers, students and classrooms are integrated into one, so as to educational programs and a variety of special requirements for a combination of constraint programming problem, and its essence is to solve the various factors the conflict. Course Scheduling Management system’s main task is to teach the various faculties or departments to apply for the course summary, and then develop lesson plans or teaching classes in the curriculum of each school. To make a more accurate presentation of curriculum, reasonable, fast, university academic departments have used computers for Scheduling Management, and has developed some appropriate Course Scheduling software system.In this paper,base on enginering timetable management System with my job of Guangdong Technical College of Water Resources and Electric Enginering.The specific analysis and design of the user management, information management, basic management, smart Scheduling, curriculum and other query and output modules. Scheduling System in the first paper of domestic and foreign dynamics and the main contents of this analysis, clear objectives and principles of system design, system requirements, network architecture and software structure of the overall design. This system is web-based Scheduling System is a combination of network structure in the B / S structure and design. Purpose is to enable students and teachers can easily query through the network Timetable situation. In the Scheduling System design, object-oriented design UML model of system modeling and design, and curriculum arrangements in time using genetic algorithm. Through analysis and comparison of selected algorithms for the Scheduling System, analysis of the basic theory of genetic algorithms, and focus on School Scheduling System with the system used in the analysis of genetic Scheduling algorithm, the algorithm is given to solve the conflict . Finally, through the analysis of experimental tests, the genetic algorithm is basically to meet the needs of the College Course Scheduling. Scheduling algorithms to achieve a good college to meet the complex needs of holding a management class, while other universities Scheduling System developed a reference value.
