Nurseries and kindergartens (short for Childcare Agency) are the places where the pre-school kids live and learn. Under the conditions of the collective life, children will contact with each other closely, it is easy to cause the spread and the prevalence of the disease, even accident because of poor management. The Childcare Agency plays an important role in the Public Health. To improve the quality of the child health care and ensure the children’s physical and mental health, health sector in many areas has strengthened the health care management of Childcare Agency, strictly supervised and inspected Childcare Agency to prevent infectious diseases, food poisoning and ensure the collective health of children. As the rapid development of society and economy, quick urbanization, the rapid expansion of urban population ,the management and supervision of the Childcare Agency become more and more important for the increasing safety risks invisibly caused by the insufficiency of formal childcare institutions and the explosion of various forms of private nurseries .currently, the distribution scope of the childcare institutions has widened and the number has grown rapidly, However, with the improvement of the living standard, the modern people have higher and higher service requirements for the Childcare Agency. Therefore, it is a top priority to strengthen Public health management and ensure the health safety of nurseries. The traditional management model has not suited for the present administrative tasks, so it is necessary for us to find out effective methods.As the central government’s focus turns to the development of child education and health information management systems, more and more childcare administrators realize its importance and necessity to have an advanced information system in place. Researching and developing of such a system which contains comprehensive childcare information and health management information can help educators to better manage and monitor all the information regarding childcare organizations and child’s health information. It would provide educators and parents a secure and convenient access to children’s health information.Integrated Childcare Agency and Health Management Information System uses Microsoft VisualStudio2008 as a platform and SQL server 2000 for database development which is based on B/S structure and ASP.net 2.0 technology. Once developed, it may serve as a regional integrated multi-service management platform which includes Integrate Nurseries Information, Child Information, Nursing Information, Sanitation Information, as well as Health Care Analysis. This system will change the current isolated information from daycares and allow multi-agencies coordination on managing and maintaining child health information. It will be easy to operate, highly efficient and stable, easy to expand and maintain.This research paper introduces analysis and design process of this system in detail by analyzing children’s learning and growing process in daycares to build a database structure of integrated information; by checking relevant government policies and medical data to build a software which has a healthcare interface, module, relevant byte names, I/O port, relevant algorithm for medical data, etc. to carry out a proficient, functional and user-friendly software system.
