With transformation of economic development model, the traditional human resource training configuration pattern has problems that it does not meet the increasingly diversified training needs, training institutions have limited training capacity,and occupation training programs cannot meet actual market demand,and so on.Along with the network multimedia technology development and interactive video technology growth, real-time multimedia interactive ability of remote training system attracts more and more attention and craving,people expect to make network training as efficient as“face to face”by powerful real-time interactive multimedia capabilities.Remote training system, refers to a network communication platform constructed by IT technology and network technology,in this network platform, remote training audience ( students ) can use computers and Internet to access multimedia information content ( class ), and interact with other students or lecturers by exchangingmultimedia audio, video and data, and to acquire knowledge, skills, experience,improve personality in thisvirtual classroom.Functional focus of Remote training system has moved from broadcast live and demandto building a network of multimedia education platform by havingreal-time multimedia interaction as a key function, and exchange of text, class management, curriculum management system as aid, it is the trend of reform and development of international education and occupation training. First of all, this paper briefly introduces the remote occupation training system, and especially, the development status quo of the remote training system, and proposes a project of building a J2EE based remote training system according to the actual demand of Guangdong Provincial Department of human resources and Social Security Bureau occupation training, for the purpose of constructing are mote training system for social training institutions and technical occupation college in Guangdong Province.Secondly, the remote occupation system was developed based on in-depth study of lightweight Java EE application architecture, and in strict accordance with the software development standard,by doing detailed requirement analysis, system architecture design, outline design and detailed design, finally implemented this remote occupation system.It integrated with Struts+Spring+Hibernate framework well, and achieved expected result from actual projects. which reflected its research and application value.Finally, pointed out the direction for further studyof how to improve the system performance, optimize the user interface, perfect function of the system. The success of Remote training systeml development is not only a demonstration for the government to hold public remote occupation training, but also deserves more attention from government and traditional enterprises, and provides them references.
