With the development of computer technology, enterprise application integration (EAI) has combined existing and new business systems to accomplish a variety of business activities. Enterprises data centers have accumulated a large number of daily data, most of the data exists in the database or file system, the database and file system can be accessed by particular applications. However, most of the legacy systems are separated, which did not provide an open interface to achieve integration with other applications. The existing system has the following issues, need to form a "demand" of the enterprise information infrastructure, eliminating information silos to enable enterprises to exchange business systems interconnected to form a whole system; standardized information model of accordancing international standards, and resolve the data is not standardized, coding inconsistencies and other issues; the final form of the various applications of the unified access portal.Now, the company requires the unified standard for the existing types of business systems, centralizes data integration, builds enterprise data center, business analysis and management decision support, achieves process management finely.The system applied data warehousing, Java middleware in development environment to achieve data integration, which can efficiently adapt to changing business needs and expansion, and facilitate access to RDBMS, such as Oracle, Sybase, DB2, SQL Server and access, file resources, critical information integration to the data center database, and finally realizes one of the personnel subsystem integration, which is able to integrate its data after analyses and data mining. The thesis accomplishes the design of the overall data integration processing system, and implements the personnel data integration, multi-condition search query by users, multimedia ducument integration, and connection management. The system achieve the ultimate goals of the following:1. The application must implement an integrated single sign-on, unified management (access, system configuration and security, etc.), while inside the show in a unified portal and the sanme interface style; 2. The integration of application system can be installed on the general system, through the J2EE application deployment to application servers, middleware support for java, to achieve the platform-independent of data integration development environment. Users access the system through the Internet directly, to avoid the wasted investment of hardware and the middle pieces;3. The use of XML as the unified data exchange standards, to provide easy access for a variety of data, a uniform pattern; flexible definition of data conversion and integration rules to facilitate custom application integration and business logic. A variety of data sources, including non-relational databases and mainframe, can easily access the RDBMS, such as Oracle, Sybase, DB2, MSSql and access files resources, make the key information into the data center database;4. In the integrated data platform, based on the utilization of information resources, to provide complete, consistent data show, and display can provide more information closer to real-time processing;After on-line testing, the system meet the design goals.
