Abstract


Informatization has begun to take shape through more than ten years developing in Chinese university. Various departments of colleges and universities have established services-oriented information management system already. It results information islands one by one. How to combine these information islands into an organic whole one so that to play a 1+1>2 is an issue to be considered in the information integration.The point of innovation in this thesis is putting the Common Information Model (CIM) in the energy and the pubic health into the education to advance the information integration platform.First, it analyzes the operational domains of colleges and universities, sums up the business model of colleges and universities and describes business model as the functions model and data model that is referenced in designning period in this thesis. And then it uses the RUP methodology and the object-oriented analysis method to design CIM., and introducing CIM is the point of innovation. Then it designs the information integration platform according to SOA, releases the implementationon of the component adapter at the same time. The designing of platform is the key and difficult point of this thesis. Platform encapsulates third-party application functionality into services, and it is accordance with the standard integration of CIM and the General Data Adapter (GDA) to form web service program in strict, and then the service program is registered to the enterprise service bus (ESB). Application integration is implemented through the ESB is requested. I choose leaving school as a typical multi-sectoral and multi-system business scenario after performance testing. Through the analysis of relevant CIM, integrated adapter analysis, a complete business integration which verifies the CIM and integration platform is implemented ultimately.After the trial online in universities, information integration platform which designed by improved information integration is running well, data is accurate and performance meets the requirements
