Abstract

With the rapid development of high technology, the world's increasing demand for precious metals, but its reserves are very limited. Therefore, scrap containing precious metal recycling and recycling technology has become the focus of domestic and foreign stakeholders. This paper aims to find the precious metal ion adsorption capacity with selected bacteria. This article retrieved from the sewage treatment plant sludge, selection Blackmore's increasingly efficient magnetic bacteria culture medium enriched its culture and enriched by transmission electron microscopy after mixed bacteria were observed and analyzed mixed bacterial morphology, for the precious metal ion adsorption provide a theoretical basis. Through the activated sludge enrichment and acclimation, the paper won four kinds mixed bacteria. Adsorption study found that in Au 3 -Cu 2 binary system, micro-aerobic mixed domesticated strains of Staphylococcus have preferred adsorption capacity. Compared with the unit system, binary system Au 3 severely inhibited bacterial presence on Cu 2 adsorption, Cu 2 adsorption rate has dropped by 50.11%; addition, we found that Pd 2 -Cu 2 binary system, domesticated anaerobic copper promote the role of adsorption and unit system compared to binary system Pd 2 to promote the presence of bacteria on the Cu 2 adsorption, Cu 2 adsorption rate increased by 15.05%, while the Pd 2 adsorption rate did not change. This article focuses on the physical and chemical characteristics of different metal ions aspects of biosorption selective adsorption of metal ions adsorption phenomena and facilitate analysis. This original lyophilized powder purchased Stenotrophomnas maltophilia strain and had activated, and with infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopes and other equipment, combined with the Gram stain and streak plate methods such as observation was carried out, and then examined for bacteria single metal ion adsorption behavior. The results show that Stenotrophomnas maltophilia rod-shaped Gram-negative bacteria, pale yellow colonies on the plate, a diameter of about 1 2 mm, colonies smooth, neat edges, rounded surface, showing umbilical-like protrusions on the Optical observation was transparent; under the experimental conditions, the strain on the Au 3 , Pd 2 , Pt 4 The maximum adsorption rate of 97.50 %, 99.59%, 81.25%. In addition, this paper were obtained from China Agricultural University provides 1g of pure MTB, then by transmission electron microscopy before and after adsorption of cells were observed and analyzed before and after adsorption MTB morphology differences.
