Abstract

With the rapid economic development, people increasingly demanding high quality textiles as the textile industry, testing and quality control of an important part of the yarn defect detection technology, has a more important role. However, the existing single yarn detection means, can not meet the increasing quality requirements and market needs. Based on the analysis of existing strengths and weaknesses of the yarn defect detection technique , based on the proposed combination of capacitive sensors and photoelectric sensors for detecting the yarn programs . The program use of capacitive sensors and optical sensors to detect different characteristics of the yarn , measured by the two sensors and then the feature quantity for fusion , determine the type of the yarn defect . For capacitive sensor detects yarn linear density signals based on wavelet transform yarn defect detection algorithm , the results show that the yarn can be effectively detects the amount of signal mutation . For the current production of the opposite sex can not be detected fiber yarn faults , designed a special photoelectric sensor , and for the detection of targets selected the appropriate light source and the optical receiver and the LED light source is designed constant current driver circuit and the primary photodiode amplification circuit in order to further weaken the influence of noise , the preparation of noise cancellation process. Experimental results show that the design of the photoelectric sensor can effectively identify the color information on the yarn , to different yarn on the yarn defect detection purposes.
