Abstract

Rich the tungsten mineral resources in China, but after years of mining, tungsten resources available for mining is gradually reduced. However, over the years, according to the survey of the tungsten mines mining tailings, fine mud and tungsten smelting slag secondary tungsten resources, the amount of tungsten available for extraction of up to 200,000 tons, carried out on of tungsten tailings and fine mud tungsten recovery is important to study. In this study, rougher flotation - tungsten rougher concentrate directly alkali decomposition, processing and refining joint process processing tailings, fine mud and tungsten leaching slag process, in order to simplify the selection of scheelite conventional rougher flotation heating - magnetic election, re-election of wolframite ore beneficiation process. In conclusion, recent years black, white tungsten ore dressing technology, tungsten concentrates the alkali decomposition and microwave on the basis of the minerals mechanism, black, white tungsten mixed secondary materials floating pilot studies and microwave-assisted alkali decomposition tungsten crude concentrate explore. The results show that: benzyl hydroxamic acid and Taal soap collector, the acidic water glass and aluminum sulfate inhibitors GY flotation pH of 7-9, under normal temperature conditions WO3 better Select the collector. Grade of 0.39% WO3 tungsten tailings and ground into fine mud particle size of 0.074mm accounted for 80% of the ore, pulp density tune of 45%, has joined the modified water glass 2.8kg / t, aluminum sulfate 0.3 kg / t, nitrate, lead 0.4kg / t, GY catch the closing agent 0.4kg / t, stir, roughing after the first three selection and three got swept select WO3 grade of 36.0% tungsten rougher concentrate WO3 The recovery rate of about 86%. And traditional low-grade black, white tungsten the mixed ore beneficiation compared the process has a simple process, and high WO3 recoveries. WO3 grade of the flotation of 36.0% of black, white tungsten mixed crude concentrate microwave-assisted alkali decomposition under atmospheric pressure. After 60 minutes of reaction conditions in microwave power 320W, the amount of NaOH 4 times the theoretical amount of mineral water weight ratio of 1:0.33, Na3PO4 an amount of 1.8 times the theoretical amount of the leaching rate of up to 96% WO3. The leach residue return black, white tungsten bulk flotation process, making the total recovery of the metallurgical process of WO3 up to 82.6%. And atmospheric conditions constant temperature oil bath heated alkali leaching process in the case of the same leaching effect (the WO3 leaching rate of 96%), 25% of the microwave radiation leaching time is only heated in oil bath leaching. The metallurgical process simplification heating selection of scheelite, magnetic separation, the process of re-election wolframite, without increasing the smelting process, improve the tungsten metallurgical recoveries; introduction of microwave radiation in the leaching process, a significant reduction in the temperature and reaction time, improve the leaching efficiency, reducing energy consumption. In this study, the technology can be applied to mixed ore processing black and white tungsten.
