C fibers in recent years with lower production costs and performance continues to improve, C fibers as metal matrix composites reinforced with more and more people's attention. At home and abroad for C fiber reinforced Al matrix composites more research, and for C fiber reinforced Ti matrix composites barely reported, even for C fiber reinforced Al matrix composites are also most concentrated in the short fiber as Enhanced phase, the filament and fiber cloth as reinforcement phase studies were very small. This article explores the use of laminated combination of hot prepared Ti / Al / Cf composites technology, analyzed under different conditions composite structural characteristics of the interface and the interface formation mechanism of the reaction products. As the carbon fibers and the poor wettability of the metal substrate, respectively the text of the original state of the carbon fiber to rubber after treated fibers coated with resin layers, nickel-plated carbon fibers and other fibers as the reinforcing phase. The analysis revealed that, when using the original state of C-fibers as reinforcement phase, the fibers and the metal substrate is poor wetting properties, and is formed around the surface of the fiber Al4C3 reaction product of the metal Al, Ti is formed between the reaction product Al3Ti; When a surface coated with a resin layer is a carbon fiber as a reinforcing phase, the resin after evaporation of the presence of residues affected not only between the fiber density, but also hinder the metal matrix to the fiber inside the penetration, but pre-go gel after treatment effect was improved; When using the surface-nickel treated carbon fibers are used as reinforcement, since the Ni layer was blocked carbon fiber and metal Al, contact reaction, the fiber and the metal Al at the interface between no Al4C3 of formed Instead Al3Ni phase, this time between the metal Al and Ti Al3Ti reaction product still exists. Through different processing state comparison found between the fibers, nickel-plated fibers after wetting the metal substrate to a significant performance improvement, and prevents the formation of Al4C3 product brittle interface, while between the fiber and the metal Al Al3Ni reaction product formed, but due to the difference between the two microstructures, such Al3Ni interface and the relative properties of materials is significantly less than the Al4C3 phase. In the study Ti / Al / Cf composite materials based on, in order to further analyze C fibers and Al interfacial reaction and binding state, the paper prepared by squeeze casting method Cf / Al matrix composite materials, analyzes Cf / Al composites microstructure and measure the mechanical properties of the composites. Comparison of different forms of reinforcing fibers, the test results: the use of nickel-plated C fibers as a reinforcing phase, the tensile strength of the composite 350MPa; adopted without any surface treatment of the original C fibers as a reinforcing phase composite fabric The tensile strength of 372MPa; using after treatment, the way to glue C as the reinforcing fiber bundle relative to the tensile strength of the composite material reached 447MPa, the tensile strength of the three composite materials than the original average of an Al alloy matrix tensile strength of 177MPa were improved, C fibers played a good enhancement. The results of this study carried out for the subsequent C fiber reinforced Ti, Al matrix composites research has laid a good foundation.
