Abstract


This project is funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China ( 50735002,50875123 , 50572038 ) . The multiferroic materials research is a broad new field of material science and condensed matter physics , contains a wealth of materials science and physics research topics . In many multi - iron material , BiFeO 3 (BFO) at a particular temperature can simultaneously exist ferroelectric and ferromagnetic , it is one of the most likely to be application of the material , because of its high Curie temperature and Neil temperature . More and more of the BiFeO 3 < / sub> 3 Preparation of pure phase BiFeO still a difficulty in many laboratories , and the unknown origin of ferromagnetism , ferromagnetism in very weak at room temperature , saturated ferroelectric return line it is difficult to observe. These are likely to be volatile , with Bi 3 the the Fe 3 < / sup> valence volatile relevant . We explore the pure phase the BiFeO 3 < / sub> nano- morphology , ceramic form preparation conditions . And the BiFeO 3 A bit of a rare earth metal of La, Ho , Gd introduced , to improve its magnetic properties and micro-structure . The main content of the work is as follows : we use sol - gel prepared pure phase BiFeO 3 nano powder , to explore the specific process of sintering temperature and sintering time , in the introduction of the A bit rare earth elements La, and the characterization of the magnetic microstructure increase performance . 2 by the sol - gel method and solid-phase method were prepared out of pure phase BiFeO 3 ceramics . Try the traditional sintering method and rapid heating sintering approach . Can obtain pure phase BiFeO 3 ceramics, but the feasibility of the nature and elegant compared to other paper ultimately chose the sol - gel method of conventional sintering process for the preparation of pure phase BiFeO 3 ceramics.
