Abstract

Pneumatic conveying of the material, is the use of the gas flow in the pipeline for the transmission of the delivery of materials. The gas flow directly to the delivery of materials inside the conduit to provide the energy required to move, so that the material is moved from one location to another location. It has a higher transfer efficiency of the device is simple in structure, easy maintenance and management, easy to automate, and is conducive to environmental protection. In the tire, white carbon (silica) is mainly used as a radial tire tread and the adhesion of the plastic material with the fabric and steel cords. Silica is very clear advantages in reducing tire rolling resistance, non-carbon black filler in tire applications are increasing. The fine particles of silica, the density of small, easily flying pollute the environment and affect the health of the operating personnel, silica pneumatic conveying technology research is particularly important. In view of this, this article silica-pneumatic conveying mechanism is analyzed and discussed, and the specific characteristics of the silica to design a set of white carbon black dense phase pneumatic conveying system and experimental verification. Various pneumatic conveying basic form works were analyzed and compared, the suspension of gas-solid flow theory. The combination of physical and chemical properties of silica and its pneumatic conveying affect the relationship between the high-pressure low-speed dense phase pneumatic conveying conveying. This article has designed a set of silica high-pressure low-speed dense phase pneumatic conveying experimental system. The overall layout of the process flow from the system to the equipment for silica pneumatic conveying technology to give full consideration. Complete equipment including gas source, unpack the dust removal device, transmission device, pipeline design and selection of the main components of the two three-way distribution valve, dust collector, silo, silica scales and control devices; and conveying the air amount, the diameter of the pipeline, the main design parameters of the transport duct pressure loss and the air supply pressure was calculated. System designed to verify the rationality and reliability, the system after the installation is completed as subjects for the transport of experimental research. Conveying velocity from the transport time, gas flow rate, solids mass flow conveying capacity, feed gas ratio, pressure loss along the silica transport experiments, conveying achieve expected goals. In addition, the introduction of MATLAB neural network system silica pneumatic conveying system design, and predict its silica-delivery process as a research tool, the pressure loss in the horizontal pipe, the research found that the experimental values ??of the pressure loss and forecast The value of the relative error is small, to achieve a relatively good results. The three questions that often arise in the the last dialogue carbon black pneumatic conveying process: clogging of the pipe, pipe wear, energy saving, a preliminary study and put forward a reasonable and workable solution. By experimental results that the proposed formula is correct, the design of the delivery system is a little improved to promote the application, close to the characteristics of silica and other substances can also be designed accordingly.
