Our plant cane sugar industry generally earlier, the old factory building,environmental clutter. In recent years, with the advantage of China’s sugar industry,sugar transfer and modernization of enterprises, group development, people havegradually realized that the theory behind the architectural design of sucrose and thelack of new ideas.This article is based on sugar cane as the main object of study architecture,engineering practice of architectural design theory papers. The history andarchitecture from the sugar development process as a starting point, analysis of thestatus of sugar and related building characteristics, the use of comparative analysis,summarized and other methods, the system sucrose-depth study of architecture, withpractice and application, to explore at a deeper level and analysis of sucrosearchitectural design features and development trends, examines how to create a newera in southern China to adapt to the new situation of building a modern sugar.The main part of the paper is divided into four chapters:Chapter I sucrose proposed building development and design of the projectstatus, defining the object of study, a clear purpose and significance of the study,citing the relevant Research to develop a research framework.Chapter II from sugar building’s history, concepts, categories start constructionon the current situation of China’s sugar properties and problems are discussed, inorder to start the study below provides the basic theoretical premise.Chapter III depth study of the sugar building to be considered in site selectionfactors, as well as in planning and design principles and steps, with examples werediscussed and analyzed.Chapter IV monomer in the building by building type design, detail design andconstruction, energy conservation and pollution prevention and other aspects ofdesign practice to make a sugar factory targeted analysis, are discussed in detail andsummary.In the paper examples of the last chapter of my own head as a professionalengineering design examples.Wen in the light of their own on the sugar building technology applications andtrends in the understanding and knowledge, in the study examples and practical work based on, for the rational and emotional analysis, in many practical engineeringsummed up with a certain universal significance of the sugar building design andconcepts. Papers focus on design means and methods of research, rather than aspecific research project, and therefore have a purpose, practical and applicable.
