The research segmented permanent magnet linear synchronous motor for vertical transportation system is one with good prospects for the development of new cordless vertical transportation system , which has a simple structure, high efficiency , energy saving , running distance and speed unrestricted significant advantages , for in high-rise buildings and deep upgrade. However, its theory and control is not yet ripe for industrial applications , has not yet entered . This paper analyzes the operating characteristics of the linear motor and running by disturbance , established on the basis of a linear motor disturbance mathematical model is proposed the interference controller based on iterative algorithm for linear motor position control , from the to good control effect . The focus of the study design distributed control theory - based permanent magnet linear synchronous motor vertical transportation systems all-digital control device , which consists of of IPC610 industrial control computer , FX2N programmable controller and FR-A241 inverter . Industrial control computer to complete the entire transportation system monitoring segments of the PLC to achieve linear motor powered and operational control , frequency control is realized by the FR-A241 inverter . PLC motion control procedures , frequency drag governor procedures were developed , while taking advantage of a strong function of the configuration of the force control configuration software and I / O drive technology , the development of a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor for vertical transportation system monitoring software . To achieve a vertical run of the transport system of the linear motor control , signal acquisition , trend analysis , fault alarm functions , basically meet the needs of practical application , and has good reusability and scalability .
