Abstract


Permanent magnet motor as the medium of a magnetic field of electromechanical energy conversion device , because of its advantages of energy-saving , environmental protection , simple structure , China's energy and environmental policies to promote the development of a new type of motor . The nature of the permanent magnet motor is a containing pulsation excitation symmetrical bodies, will inevitably produce vibration and noise, and to affect the performance of the motor . The financial support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China ( 50705062 ) , automobile steering pump with a permanent magnet brushless DC motor , for example , to carry out the study of the electromagnetic properties and modal characteristics of the motor body . The main content of the paper is as follows : electromagnetic finite element analysis : using the finite element method to establish the electromagnetism model of the motor , the flux density and electromagnetic torque harmonic analysis , and to explore the stator eccentricity of the electromagnetic force , electromagnetic moment of impact . The study laid a theoretical foundation to further reduce the unbalanced magnetic pull of the motor , and improve their electromagnetic properties and subsequent vibration analysis . Finite Element Analysis : using the finite element method to establish the mechanical structure of the motor model , and its modal characteristics analysis revealed the modal characteristics of the system , given the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the spatial distribution of the characteristics and the stator and the rotor of the motor resonance checking . Mode perturbation analysis : direct perturbation method to analyze the modal characteristics of the rotor , the number of cycles of the rotor modal characteristics reveal the motor rotor magnet motor rotor cyclic symmetric configuration features the natural frequency of the periodic structure of the type of cyclic splitting rule and vibration modulation law . The results of the study steering pump with permanent magnet brushless DC motor 's dynamic design laid the theoretical basis for analysis , but also for other types of permanent magnet motor vibration characteristics analysis method has a certain universal .
