Abstract

According to the National Development and Reform Commission issued the long-term nuclear power development plan in October 2007 , and actively promote the construction of nuclear power policy . For this reason , the next few years , the demand for nuclear power operations personnel sharp increase is expected to add 9,000 people . Due to nuclear power high-tech , professional and strong, demanding nuclear safety requirements , nuclear power operations personnel must ensure high-quality, and effective training system is critical to security conditions . Through all aspects of the experience has shown that systematic training method is a scientific and effective methodology through which to establish the efficiency of nuclear power plant personnel training system in order to ensure training system . This article describes the five stages of a systematic approach to training , analysis , design, development , implementation and evaluation , and nuclear power plant full - time faculty job training system to establish an example to show how effective application of systematic training method in the training of nuclear power plant . Finally, we illustrate the application prospects of systematic training in the training of nuclear power plants .
