Abstract


With the fast pace of globalization, traditional culture, techniques, and lifestyle is facing great challenges and new opportunities of development. How to inherit and promote our nation’s excellent local construction character, construction technique, keep and develop the charm and function of Heated Kang in northeastern area is the aim of this article. At present, our country is facing the problem of construction material overconsumption. It is every architect’s responsibility to reflect on this situation. It is an indisputable fact that the general standard of construction is relatively low though we have a large construction in both the country and the county at present. Making a further study of our nation’s particular construction facility and get inspiration is an important method to enhance our understanding and inheritance of primitive construction. The heated Kang is a product of ancient people in their long term construction practice fighting against nature and social force. It is rich in ecological construction experience. The valuable experience not only expresses itself on construction design, but also includes the design concept and thinking. Therefore, the study of the heated Kang system, the valuable experience getting from it, the application of it in the present new country is on the one hand to inherit and develop our excellent construction facility, and on the other hand better the present living condition through improving the primitive ecological design level of the country and county construction.For the history of Heated Kang in the northeastern region and current situation is in a spontaneous and decentralized state, this text analyzes specifically the clear line of thought of the appearance, development, and the real state of this system Heated Kang and the problems of value and existence of Heated Kang in the northeast region on the basis of the documents, sites, researches on comprehensive study in the actual places. This text constructs a system of Heated Kang facility and studies the relations of location of Heated Kang in the indoor and the way influencing the facilities of Heated Kang in which the hole of Heated Kang sets up. This text draws the detailed tectonic map and tectonic practices according to the specific components of Heated Kang facility. And it focuses on the currently existing problem among Heated Kang system, social progress, a new way of life and the new construction in order to provide the possibilities of innovative design, solving problems, maintaining the well cultural traditions. In the issue of energy consumption, the author sums up the designing plan of Kang built on stilts, construction practices, the matters paid attention to in the process of construction in view of the problem of air quality in the houses of the residential villages and towns of northeastern part of China, and puts forward design ideas to improve Heated Kang heating and ventilation facilities in the question of adding up the new air in the indoor, and at the same time the author proposes innovatively to realize the systematic integration of the solar energy, methane and Heated Kang system in order to solve the bottleneck problem, that is, the low skill of Heated Kang. The author explores the possibility of making the solar energy, methane and villages and small towns in the northeast part of China combined and make use of computer simulation of the combined system in the practical application of energy consumption, to test the feasibility of the system.
