As the CCP developing, Cadre Education Training is necessary not only for the development of the organization and individual, and also for governance. In the new Era, the Party face a lot of challenges and opportunities, it is very urgent to enhance the pertinence and effectness of Cadre Education Training. The dissertation is based on the reserch and practise in China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan(CELAJ), to study the innovative approach and countermeasure on guarantee mechanism of cadre education training, to enrich the system organizing, and to promote the orgnization development, from the point of view of the idea, human resource, regulation, material resource, environment and so on.There are several main studying methods in the dissertation---literature reading, investigating, analyzing.There are five chapters in the dissertation. The first chapter is on the study background, the study status in domestic and abroad and the study purpose. The second chapter is on the concept of mechanism, guarantee mechanism, guarantee mechanism of cadre education training. The third chapter is on the achievement and the challenge. The fourth chapter is to analyze the main idea, feature and inspiration on guarantee mechanism of cadre education training in CELAJ. The fifth chapter is to study the approach and countermeasure to enhance the guarantee mechanism of cadre education training from idea change, mechanism perfecting, team work, financing and environment.
