Abstract


Servomechanism is the executive body of the missile control system is an important part of the missile control loop , its performance is directly related to the stability of the missile control , so its very important test . Has a large volume , weight and other shortcomings of traditional test equipment based on PXI, VXI bus , USB test equipment is portable, efficient obvious advantage . This topic applies to the USB bus missile servo test equipment as a test bus the tasks specific test . The in -depth study of the USB bus protocol based on the specific functional and performance requirements of the equipment , hardware and software design . Hardware design , DSP plus FPGA hardware framework design approach . DSP- master , the management of each test module , the calculation of test data storage and data communication with the USB interface . Design within the FPGA the AD chip timing logic control , 32 analog signal acquisition and storage ; the DA chip design sequential logic control Programmable waveform pre- download technology ; using precision frequency measurement technology all the way signal frequency of testing ; the three programmable magnification and 64-way relay servo amplifier circuit independently controllable relay switch control . Using a dedicated interface chip USB interface circuit is designed as a bridge of communication between the servo test device and host . Software design , the preparation of the the DSP master program , to achieve the coordination and management of the above functions . USB interfaces , Cypress firmware framework to add and modify ; Cypress generic driver , and the development of a dedicated driver for their own equipment ; combined with specific testing tasks in VS.NET2003 PC interface development. The test results show that with the actual running , the device design principle is correct , the device basic testing capabilities to meet the design requirements of servomechanism .
