Abstract


Man-machine operating interface,falling within of category of human-computer interaction science,is the key role in industrial design.The domestic resrarch about the man-machine interface design development focuses on the user.However,this kind of design mainly concentrates on the daily commodities. The research and application in mechanical equipment is still a virgin ground in our country. It is a trend to optimize the hunman-computer interface design in industrial equipment in China.In the view of Axiomatic Design, in all levels of human-computer interface design of packaging line equipment, designers still solve problems with emotion, which could result in inaccuracy and more errors in practical operation. The philosophy of Axiomatic Design, is that systematic, rigorous and quantitative, rational and logical thinking. So, we can study the case of interface deeply and effectively. In the issue of interface, we should solve problem with logic thinking, do design on basis of Axiomatic Design, so as pre-designing work, such as: the establishment of the user model, operation of the quantization errors in research, product of reliable analysis, analysis of products ease. Then ,we will make the research more reliability,make the operating interface of packaging equipment better to meet the users’demands to creat a user model in order to the establishment of a good human-machine system...The guidelines from Axiomatic Design for the design of the packaging equipment as well as all the mechanical human-machine interface will help to maximize the realization of the operating. And packaging equipment will do well as an important role in modernization of production and manufacture.
