Abstract

In this experiment, the amino acid balance of corn - miscellaneous meal based diet, based on actual dietary conditions Northwestern study metabolizable energy (ME) and crude protein (CP) levels Lohmann Brown laying hens on production performance, nutrient utilization and blood parameters to determine the peak of egg laying hens suitable ME, CP requirement, applicable to laying hens diets designed to provide theoretical references. Study, 4 × 3 factorial design, dietary ME Set 2400,2550,2700 and 2850 kcal / kg, CP level of 14.0%, 15.5% and 17.0% respectively. 12 kinds of diets are soybean meal, cottonseed meal and rapeseed meal as protein sources, their relative proportions in each treatment diets were consistent (36.5:36.5:27.0), using the recommended hens EVONIK true digestible amino acid pattern, so that The diet per 100 g CP in true digestible Lys, Met, MC, Thr, and Trp were 4.5,2.5,3.9,3.1 and 0.9 g. 900 26 wk Lohmann laying hens were randomly divided into 12 each treatment five replicates of 15, the test period of 12 weeks and water ad libitum. The results showed that: (1) with the egg laying rate increased with increasing dietary ME levels of performance for the first increases and then decreases the variation, feed intake and feed egg ratio decreases linearly, producing eggs per gram increase in the required and necessary ME CP decreased (P lt; 0.001). ME 2400 broken egg treatment group was significantly higher than the other three groups (P lt; 0.012), other differences between the groups were not significant. ME 2850 Mortality treatment group was significantly higher than the other three groups. Egg weight among treatment groups was not significant, but there are elevated with ME increasing trend (P = 0.118). With the increasing levels of dietary CP, egg weight, feed egg ratio, egg production per gram required ME and CP (P lt; 0.001) and broken egg rate (P = 0.002) increased significantly. Egg laying rate and volume to CP 15.5% level of the maximum value. Intake from dietary CP level of (P = 0.211). Dietary ME and CP levels on egg production, egg weight, egg production, egg broken egg rate and feed than there was a significant interaction (P lt; 0.001). The experimental design within the scope of the worst effects of high-protein low-volume production, while the high-energy high-protein diets can further improve production performance or may inhibit the production performance. (2) With the increasing levels of dietary ME, yolk color was significantly increased (P = 0.011); yolk proportion, yolk cholesterol (TC) levels, whole egg and eggshell thickness TC contents are not subject to the impact of dietary ME. Dietary CP levels were significantly reduced eggshell thickness (P = 0.006); yolk content of TC, TC content in whole egg and egg yolk color are not subject to the impact of dietary CP (P gt; 0.05), but there is a trend to increase yolk color (P = 0.097), whole egg yolk TC and TC contents treated with CP 15.5% minimum. That influence dietary ME and CP yolk and egg white were the percentage content, within the scope of the trial design diet ME and CP levels on egg TC content of the law is not obvious. (3) With the increased levels of dietary ME, CP apparent and true metabolic rate (P = 0.040, P = 0.012) increased; Apparent and true metabolizable energy rates are on the rise, but the difference between treatments was not significant (P gt; 0.05). Dietary CP level on apparent and true metabolizable energy ratio of the difference was not significant, but treated with CP 15.5% maximum value. Two factors on energy and protein metabolism was no interaction. (4) With the increase of dietary ME levels, elevated levels of plasma TC; uric acid (UA) levels decreased linearly (y =-0.0694x 242.16, R ~ 2 = 0.782, P = 0.116, n = 4); plasma total protein (TP) is not affected. With the increasing levels of CP, TP and UA levels showed the same variation (ie, high - low - high), TC levels are not affected. ME and CP on plasma TP, UA and TC levels there were significant interactions. In this experiment, plasma triglyceride (TG) concentrations showed no regular changes, TP, TC, TG and UA are larger coefficient of variation, indicating that differences between individuals are large and unstable. Comprehensive evaluation of each indicator, the test results, to ensure a balanced diet digestible amino acids under the conditions of peak egg laying hens suitable ME and CP levels were 2550 kcal / kg (10.67 MJ / kg) and 15.5% (or egg can be compared to 14.53 g CP / MJ).
