Tibet is located in the southwestern border, the main body of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau known as the \But in recent years due to the unreasonable use, climate warming, grassland degradation is more serious, the ecological situation is grim. In order to protect Tibet's deteriorating ecological environment of the natural grass and the development of grassland animal husbandry, breeding high quality forages that can adapt to the unique climate of Tibet is particularly urgent. Wild Elymus nutans in Tibet grass is a perennial forage grasses adapt to local climatic conditions are more common, has a high nutritional value, palatability, strong resistance, excellent features, this study provided by the Tibet Autonomous Region Animal Husbandry Tibetan wild Elymus nutans grass seed in the Tibetan city of Lhasa Qushui only satisfied Township Tibet the wild-quality forage breeding technology research project \3602 m) cultivation experiment. Explore fertilization (N fertilizer) its yield components, yield and quality in artificial breeding conditions, harvest time the Tibetan wild Elymus nutans seed yield and quality of its appropriate harvest period. Comprehensive analysis of Tibetan wild nutans Elymus seed maturation process water content variation of yield and vigor, and yield components, yield and quality variation with the applied N fertilizer explicitly limit the main factors to improve seed yield, provide a theoretical basis for the theory of the Tibetan Plateau forage grasses seed research and production practice. The results show that: (1) N fertilizer can increase the Tibetan wild Elymus nutans seed production, improve seed yield, can significantly promote the increase of its reproductive branches and seed grains per spikelet, grain weight also increases 250 kg/hm2 N rate effects best yield up 2016.5kg/hm2; rational application of N fertilizer amount the Tibetan wild Elymus nutans per unit area can effectively improve the number of reproductive branches, number of florets / spikelet fertile florets / spikelet and grain weight; and Elymus nutans grass spikelet N fertilizer / reproductive branches no significant impact. (2) in Tibetan wild Elymus nutans during seed development, seed moisture content showing a trend of descending gradually reduce seed fresh weight increased and then decreased rapidly at first, the dry weight of the seed showing the first increase after maintaining stable trend. As the seed matures, the seed yield increases, quality improvement, and 28 days after the flowering stage, the highest seed yield. (3) during the Tibetan wild Elymus nutans grass seed artificial breeding process, the best time to harvest the seed for 22-28 days after flowering stage, seed moisture content of 42% -36.59%, the vitality is very high levels of seed dry weight and seed yield close to the maximum value.
