Abstract

Auxin regulation of cell division and differentiation , play an important role in the the plant sexual growth and maintenance of the plant apical dominance . Polar auxin transport is regulated by the positioning of the carrier protein in the plasma membrane and endosomes . The auxin output vector (efflux carrier) PIN-FORMED Tissue Expression prove plant growth and development of the auxin concentration gradient of the best tools . Studied by RT-PCR and transgenic approaches of rice PINs ( OsPIN , ) family gene expression patterns and their environmental impact of hormones and nutrients . The following results : 1.OsPIN family were found in nine members , OsPIN family protein structure contains two hydrophobic region and the middle of a hydrophilic region , and each hydrophobic region five transmembrane folding , two transmembrane regions with a high degree conservative in the second hydrophobic region a conserved NPXXY , this structure internally endocytosis of membrane proteins and receptor protein interaction is very important . The 2.OsPIN family gene expression there is a certain specificity . Stem, leaf and glume in OsPINs gene mainly expressed in the vascular tissue . Root OsPIN1b mainly expressed in the root cap and in the column , OsPIN4 OsPIN9 expressed in lateral root primordia in column , the rest of the gene expression in the root meristem region . At the same time OsPIN1b, OsPIN4 and OsPIN9 of adventitious root primordia expression . Family 3.OsPIN subject to a certain concentration of auxin and ethylene - induced gene expression in roots . 4 of nitrogen , phosphorus and other of nutrition on OsPIN family genes expression is not common , but then applied to the short-term treatment of ammonium nitrogen in nitrogen deficiency significantly induced the expression of OsPIN5b and phosphorus deficiency inhibit the expression of OsPIN4 . This results from the pH value . Inferred based on the results of ammonium nitrogen and phosphate starvation signal may be involved in the regulation of auxin signaling pathway .
