Abstract


With China’s average college of enrollment expansion of higher education, is entering a popular age, university college graduates also faced with the problem of employment. Private colleges in social impact, because resources and the employment, ways than public universities, its graduates face greater difficulties, private universities university graduates employment ability needs to improve.University graduate employment problems should not stay in improve employment number of level and, more should focus on the employment of college graduates quality problems.This paper, from the point of view of the supply chain, analyzes on the new employment situation on the employment of college graduates run by the problems and challenges of the employment of college graduates and the influence factors, put forward the university graduates to solve the problem of employment, is not only a hand thing, must by the society, private university and college students, the key is joint efforts to strengthen the employment of college graduates ability.This paper USES management, supply chain management theory, the literature material sums up the private university college students employment impact of the four factors and general private universities employment ability structure, coupled with the empirical method and market demand to X private universities as the research object, and through the university students who will graduate soon, already to workers, employment guidance teachers, enterprise of four types of hiring directors crowd interview and questionnaire investigation, private colleges of X university students’ employment ability self rating scale the SPSS, the inspection and analysis, drawn about the X private universities university student’s employment ability three structure. In this foundation, proposed improve university students’ employment ability run by the security measures.
