Abstract


Objective: To observe TCM therapy pedigree consumptive ( chronic aplastic anemia ), clinical efficacy and elaborate drug needle method and mechanism . Method : select the 40 patients with chronic disorders , TCM diagnosis and treatment of \Observed TCM therapy for chronic aplastic improvement of peripheral blood disease efficacy and syndromes , and to describe to the drug for the the needle methods and mechanism . Results: elevated peripheral blood : WBC , Hb , PLT significantly increased , there were significant differences , elevated kidney , kidney yin and yang deficiency WBC was significantly ( P lt ; 0.05) deficiency type of WBC and various types of Hb , the PLT increased more significantly (P lt; 0.01); efficacy of the disease : the treatment of disease total efficiency of 80.0% , and the kidney yang and kidney was no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) ; levels of efficacy , significant differences (P lt; 0.01); syndromes : syndromes total efficiency of 87.5% , and the kidney yang and kidney deficiency type kidney there was no significant difference ( P gt; 0.05 ) ; levels of efficacy, kidney yang and kidney are significantly different ( P lt; 0.01 ) . Conclusion: The combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of blood system the consumptive ( chronic aplastic anemia ) clinical efficacy , and superior to kidney deficiency type of effect ; characteristics of \two positive advantage.
