Abstract


Software enterprise, characterized by high-informational and knowledge intensive, are the pillar component in the innovative high technical industry of Nanchang City which play a vital pole in accelerating the development of the regional economy. These companies enforcement of technical knowledge management is not only determined by the property of the software craft, but also the demand for technical innovation in the surroundings of knowledge and economy. Consequently, software companies in the city should improve their ability of technical innovation to keep pace with the advancement of technology in the way of technical knowledge management the advancement of technology in the way of technical knowledge management.In a microcosmic perspective, the article made attempt to search the factors which would influence the technical innovation in the bowel of the companies and regarded the innovative process as integrity to explain the question about how the ability of technical innovation was produced systematically. The author introduced the theory of knowledge ferment into the software enterprises in Nanchang and information in the why the Prospective Company could succeed in its technical information in the aspects of knowledge strains, knowledge enzyme, knowledge matrix, the bar of knowledge fermenting and the production of fermenting and so on. On the basis of the investigation about the software enterprises in the city and the statistical analysis about the data collected from the questionnaires, the article formulated a model regarding the evolution questionnaires, the article formulated a model regarding the evaluation of the technical invocative ability and summed up the superiority and inferiority about the civic software companies implementation of the technical innovation. It also put forward some countermeasures about how to consolidate the measures concerning the technical knowledge’s acquire accumulation, study, share, and transference and so on, and offered some advices about the construction of company culture, the structure of the organization, the platform of the informational technology and so on.
