Abstract


Enterprise information is the basis and an integral part of the information society. And it’s also the only way for all the companies to go through the process from good to great. With the constant development of China’s telecom industry, the requirements for information technology are getting higher. On the one hand, information can effectively improve the management efficiency of enterprises, on the other hand, information technology can improve the level of business management planning, fairness, openness. Therefore, improving the level of information telecommunications has become the focus of corporate management.The use of advanced network technology to improve enterprise performance management have a significant impact on improving business performance, and also a exploration of information to lay a solid foundation to the full cover of informational management.This paper analyzes the present development status and trends domestic and international performance evaluation system, Summarizes the performance evaluation system functions and capabilities needed to implement these technologies. This article describes some new features of the Microsoft SQL Server 2005’, discussed the choice between different database platforms; and also this article describes the main advantages of Windows Server 2003 and technology, discussed the choice between server operating systems; this article also gave introduction and comparison between Microsoft Corporation, NET platform and SUN’s J2EE platform and get the advantages of taking NET platform as a performance evaluation system. With the introduction and comparison between VB.NET, C #, JAVA, it also discussed the choice of the system development languages. The article also analyzes the system requirements, describes database design and the system’s modular design, describes the system E-R diagram, table/field analysis and function flow chart of the module interface diagram, the main page of the relevant code and finally the system test process.Innovation of this paper is to Sichuan Telecom previous C/S performance management systems, with a new B/S structure, it reduced the requirements of computer hardware and software to facilitate the needs of a mobile office, as long as the customers could be connected to internet, they can get into the performance appraisal system. When the need to modify business systems and business processes arise, they only need to modify or add the corresponding Web pages, simple, efficient and secure.
