Abstract


Fujian rural biogas project is the core of the rural Fujian Ecological Homes program and "one pool , three changes" projects for rural Fujian. It runs well or not and runs for howlong,which is determined by the management ability. So through learning theory of biogas project, relative experience, and on the base of the factual investigating, the paper research the design and realization of the management information system of biogas project. The MIS of Fujian rural biogas project ,was designed and finished by the team of YongDa New Energy Source which is leaded by myself, also was smoothly applied in most area in the country of Fujian province.According to Fujian’s rural biogas management information system requirements , the management information system ,use PHP scripting language which combined with the development of MySQl database, has four modules including management, fault diagnosis, comprehensive utilization, and the system update. Management module, runs the digester gas tightness test, analyzes ingredient of biogas , controls process parameters and intelligent management; fault diagnosis module study the main symptoms of gas and the intelligent management; comprehensive utilization which mainly research the process parameters control and intelligent management of biogas and biogas fertilizer; system update module research the intelligent management of procedures and data update, delete and so on.
