Abstract


Construction enterprises in China’s economic development plays a very important position, the management efficiency, will directly affect the enterprise performance increase and the promotion of competition ability, building enterprise cost management work is a construction enterprise management is one of the important contents of, its importance cannot be ignored, but the present building enterprise management exist problems, these unresolved issues will influence the construction enterprise benefit. Along with the rapid development of scientific technology, especially of the computer technology and network technology progress, the architecture of enterprise informatization management has become an inevitable. Therefore, in order to solve the current building enterprise cost management existed the question, to develop a perfect function of building enterprise cost management system becomes an effective approach.The building enterprise cost management system is on the analysis of the electric power enterprise fixed assets management present situation based on the data access and application of three layers separated architecture framework, using asp.net technology in Visual Studio 2008 development platform combined with SQL Server 2005 database to realize. The building enterprise cost management system including inventory data management module, equipment management module, fund management module, purchasing and supply management module, statements management module and systems management and several other function modules. Including inventory information management including inventory data information recorded, inventory data and review, data access statements three parts. Capital management, including cost calculation and check cost two parts. File management introduced documents transmitting and data packaging, solution packet processing. System management including data backup and maintenance, permission Settings, user maintenance and so on several parts. Through different modules collaboration between management can effectively alter current architecture enterprise cost management situation. Can greatly reduce the working personnel’s workload, and with rapid, accurate and advantages replaced manual operation and reduce costs, to achieve higher efficiency. It firstly introduces the background and significance of system. Then from the cost management of research and analysis, system analysis, overall design, detailed design and system test described the whole system planning and development process. For system realizes the part such as to do a detailed discussion and description. In the end this article summarized and the next job prospects. According to the plan of the development of construction enterprise cost management system has been running in JDMTR, operation is in good condition.
