Abstract


Government computer management system according to the specific application requires a unified design, however, due to the different industries and construction history, exist between the various government departments, a large number of heterogeneous platforms and heterogeneous data. The designer in the integration of existing systems, faced with various difficulties: for example, The existing information system of some departments is independently developed; some sectors of the information system currently don’t need integration, however, considering the government computer management system, the future development trend of the system is still need to integrate. From the beginning of the design to consider the future compositive, or to the existing system transformation also want to consider accommodating future integration system needs, is necessary.Through the statistics of coastal economic development zone government computer management system construction, the authors find that the research status quo of this unit in statistics reported working process has the following problems: informationization level is not high, the process is multifarious, The bureau of business process, basic unit, villages and towns statistics department and statistics in longitudinal transfer area cannot be effectively sharing statistical data, Area all hospitals and statistics of each function between departments also cannot effectively and share data, There are a large amount of data redundancy, Information transmission efficiency is low, the artificial cost is larger. These questions are this unit government computer management system construction in facing the largest and urgent problems to solve.My thesis creating a solution of the Government computer management system by a B/S system which based on .NET Framework, using a uniform set of work flow for vertical and horizontal statistical data reporting, solving problems more effective during the process of data reporting. On the data side,using a unified database server to memorize the statistical data by a data structure which design ourselves. The various system users of different levels can do their corresponding data access operations according to their own role in this system,it can enhance the degree of data sharing .Offer an effective solution of our bureau’s data-sharing problems.This subject explores the government computer management system construction in widespread data sharing problems and workflow efficiency effective solutions, finally achieved a data reporting and the data sharing function of system, achieves the desired objective, and for the future system further development, completes the necessary scientific and reasonable planning and design.
