Abstract


As people opposite the building, room, etc. The indoor environment security needs and realtime situation on indoor environment of increasing, master demand makes video monitoring system been widely used. Wireless transmission technology, streaming media technology and mobile terminal etc for the rapid development of mobile terminals, based on the realization of video monitoring system provides favorable conditions. Based on the video monitor system mobile terminal video monitoring technology is in mobile network and mobile terminal of the application, have broken the traditional video monitoring system as the fixed terminal display device model, which is designed for mobile terminals provide real-time video monitoring service, so as to achieve the target scene anywhere, anytime, security and intrusion prevention. Because do not accept dimensional restriction, easy to deploy and maintain advantages and easy to use, and based on the video monitor system mobile terminal has become monitoring field of application and research hotspot. However, the video monitor mobile terminal, complicated traffic mobile terminal diversity, wireless networks volatility and mobile terminal performance factors such as the insufficient restrict the mobile terminal video monitoring, enormously increased video surveillance system mobile terminal design and implementation of the difficulty, need to study the corresponding technology to solve these problems.Based on the video monitor mobile terminal, according to the actual demand of the technical difficulties involved on research, including video collection technology, streaming media transmission technology, mobile transmission technology, user session control and video monitoring system of mobile terminals to the overall structure, etc. In theLinuxserver andWindows Mobilephoneplatform,the mobile terminalon thevideo surveillancesystem has made theapplication ofthe test.Test results, the system canprovide users withbettergraphics quality, real-timesurveillance video.
