Abstract


The management of meteorological information provides the convenient meteorological information serving and management approach for professional department or public using the interior network or communal network and combining database technique; it can implement the management of weather datum and the consult of weather datum and the storage of weather datum.In this paper, we should combine various data, base on the theory of relational database, realize comprehensive data mining, in view of PanZhiHua meteorological station’s actual situation, and realize PanZhiHua meteorological station’s weather information management by using dynamic WEB technology. We use database theory and software engineering method to complete the systems analysis, the systems total design, the systems partical design and the systems realization with analyzing the scope of meteorologic information management and weather basis knowledge. The whole system uses three structures, It realizes the B/S pattern network management system.The main contributions are listed below:1. How to transform the original weather observation text datum of observatory into weather information datum is investigated. The weather information WEB control is designed according to the data format and the data meaning of the weather datum.2. The management module of offering the weather equipment, using the weather equipment, the weather equipment maintenance and manufacture, the discard as useless of the weather equipment and the storage of the weather equipment is designed.3. The management module of agrometeorological index is designed. It can implement the renewal and the searches of agrometeorological index datum, the management and issue the information of soil moisture content and plant diseases and insect pests.The integrated management systems of meteorological information can exactly provide public weather service and speciality weather service rapidly, and can provide issuance of extraordinary correlative meteorological datum with living or making, and can convenient inquire historical meteorological data, finally, the ideality of meteorological task come true the meteorological information service society. At the same time, it can improve the capability of office automatization through the management of document and leave word and news.
