Abstract


21st century is the era of knowledge economy, as economic competition intensifies, it is increasingly recognized that human resources in the importance of economic competition, more and more companies use human resource management system, the current human resources management is the management core, and performance management is the core issue of human resource management. Because of the work of enterprise management, the ultimate goal is to improve employee and organizational performance. Ganzi, Sichuan Electric Power Company in 2007 to develop a staff performance management approach, the main purpose is based on performance of their staff, the completion of tasks and goals, as the salary distribution, job changes, education and training, staff development and other human resources provide the basis for ; implementation of performance management can be found to affect the company and employees to achieve targets and improve the performance of the obstacles to provide the basis to solve problems and improve; the same time be able to analyze and evaluate the company and employees to complete tasks and objectives of the result, the company and employees to achieve common development.In order to meet the needs of the modern advanced enterprise management, the paper Ganzi, Sichuan Electric Power Company’s actual situation and performance management capabilities and sophisticated analysis needs, such as institutions, job management, attendance and assessment management, performance evaluation process of research; on performance management situation and the current state of development of related systems at home and abroad to do more in-depth understanding of a comprehensive understanding of the current performance management system technology development status and trends, a brief description of the performance management system design and development process involved a number of technical concepts. Then this software engineering and related technologies Ganzi, Sichuan Electric Power Company’s employee performance management system combined with the idea of software engineering system solutions, and complete the detailed design is given and part of the implementation results. This design of employee performance management system uses Ganzi’s B / S the overall framework, the browser interaction with the server architecture, using three-tier MVC architecture, the system’s model layer, view layer and control layer separation, the purpose of decoupling has been achieved, to facilitate system development and maintenance. System based on J2EE development platform to WebLogic application server as a system, the database server using SQL Server2005. In this paper, the various functional modules from the system requirements analysis requirements modeling are used to UML modeling designed and implemented some of the features: the role of management, institutional management and attendance management.The research and design, expected results is the establishment of employee performance management system, enterprise digital system, and make the system as business management and promotion of human resource development and application of powerful tools to help companies improve performance management level, for enterprises to create more great value.
