Abstract


The current army personnel management information construction has the following two trends: One is the information architecture from scattered application to application integration transformation. With the application demand increase and the development of information technology, it has already begun to put troops of the integration of information technology application. Through the application of information technology rapid response the future battlefield, analysis of human resources opportunity, and supporting management decision, improve military competition ability. Secondly, the application of informatization is from the internal arms services to coordinating arms services coordinating management. the whole supply chain optimization, personnel management information technology application by the application to support remote, the integration of different, the application of business processing system, strengthen the change to subordinate unit integration, to play synergy effect.Since the 1980 s , the central military commission and the governor have paid more attention to the work of cadre information construction. But from the whole army forces, at present, there is not a more perfect function holiday visiting management information system for the military.Cadre holiday visiting management system belongs to the category of human resource management information system. In this paper, the holiday visiting management information system for the military is System development designed in view of the current demand of information management for the PLA, and based on the analysis of the human resource management system. Combined with our vacation management system,at the same time satisfying the immediate needs of the cadres, design the cadre holiday visiting management system.The system includes the modules of user management, policy inquiring, holiday management, logical processing, statistical analysis, planned management, funds management, role Management and so on. The functions are realized including the army cadres editing personal data online, inquiring the related laws andregulations policy, submiting a request for vacation time, viewing the examination and approval process and inquiring the personal allowance. This system use Drupal and XAMPP server, based on MySQL and PHP. Achieve the concentrated, timely management, and improve the working efficiency and accuracy. Improve the information management level of the army.
