Abstract


Adoption personal relations and property relations, including a series of civil issues. The establishment of the adoptive relationship has extraordinary significance for the adopter and the adoptee. After a major natural disaster, will always be a large number of adoptions. How to quickly and effectively deal with adoptions after a major disaster related to the vital interests of the affected people, but also embodies the humane care of our citizens. Possible adoption by the analysis of the major disaster, compared to domestic and international adoptions during a major disaster left valuable experience to explore our current adoption mechanism adoption shortcomings in dealing with major disasters, and proposed how to improve the proposal. This paper is divided into four parts. Part I: a major disaster after the adoption. The earthquake has happened before in other major natural disasters brought about by the adoption of the special nature of the adoptions after a major disaster. Part II: experience in handling the relevant issues at home and abroad. The proposal to relax the the adult adoption system, the introduction of incomplete adoption system and improve the adoption procedures. Part IV: the establishment of the adoption mechanism after a major disaster. The work required in accordance with the special nature of the disaster adoptions discussed earlier and properly resolve the post-disaster adoptions, adoption can be seen that deal with post-disaster need to cooperate with each other in all aspects of society, not merely a legislative one can solve the problem. This chapter tried to legislation other than the link work to perfect, on this issue, you can achieve the legislative, administrative and other aspects of mutual cooperation, and establish a three-dimensional and comprehensive post-disaster adoption mechanism.
