Abstract


People-to-people diplomacy in China has a glorious history of more than half a century, in different historical stages, people-to-people diplomacy, its unique way for China's diplomatic career has made a huge contribution, Today, people-to-people diplomacy has become China's overall an important part of the diplomacy. After the end of World War II, China and Japan in a long period of time without the establishment of normal diplomatic relations, Premier Zhou Enlai creative 'folk first, to official HKDF \through hardships of the joint efforts of the two neighbors across the sea, to restore the continuation of two thousand years of friendly exchanges. After the normalization of diplomatic relations between China and Japan, people-to-people diplomacy has always played a very important position, has always played an irreplaceable role in promoting the healthy development of the relations between the two countries, to strengthen collaboration between the two countries in various fields, such as. People-to-people diplomacy as the cause of Sino-Japanese friendship, even world peace and development, to lay a strong popular base. Normalization of diplomatic relations is of great significance in the history of Sino-Japanese relations, historical events, people-to-people diplomacy in promoting Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations to the process of normalization of credit, it is so in modern times in a state of hostile relations between China and Japan, toward the road of peace and friendship. Properly evaluate the review and analysis of non-governmental diplomacy efforts to do to achieve the normalization of diplomatic relations, and its role in the process of normalization of diplomatic relations is very necessary for the development of relations between the two countries today still of great guiding significance and reference. Between countries in various fields with the deepening of globalization, more and more closely, the increasingly frequent diplomatic activities at the same time, as the main content of the exchange of culture, arts, sports and other non-governmental diplomacy has become the handling of state an important relationship between channels, it is not only conducive to the harmonious development of China and Japan, is more conducive to the harmonious development of the East Asian region, the harmonious development of the whole world. The process of the development of Sino-Japanese people-to-people diplomacy, there are contradictions, friction and obstacles, how to reconcile and overcome these negative factors, and to provide appropriate strategy for the smooth development of people-to-people diplomacy in the future, has become a top priority. The development of Sino-Japanese relations, not only between the two governments, but the key is between the nationals of the two countries to strengthen mutual understanding and mutual trust. The exchange of feelings of the two peoples and the promotion of Sino-Japanese relations can fundamentally improve the friendly exchange of the national feelings of the deep-seated is the real power to promote the improvement of relations between the two countries.
