Abstract


Globalization and marketization of economic development not only lead to the transformation of production methods, management style, bringing economic and social changes of the mode of production, also lead to significant changes in the economic structure, social structure, to play with the more knowledge and information in the socio-economic development of the Chiang Kai-shek to the greater the effect. Administrative changes in the environment also brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges of governance. On the one hand, the management and dissemination of information important functions of the administration, the smooth flow of information channels also become the basis of administrative smooth; the other hand, with the aid of information technology, to adapt to the requirements of the development of the information society, the information communication from the traditional government transition to a service-oriented government. In September 1984, the country set up the first batch of Economic and Technological Development Zone, so far Development Zone has more than 20 years of development history, in the process, the development zone has made great achievements, played a good window radiation exemplary and leading role. In this paper, Jiangsu Changshu Economic Development Zone was established in 1992 as an example, analysis of Changshu Economic Development Zone within the government and enterprises to communicate the status quo and existing problems, communication theory, proposed measures to improve the Changshu Economic Development Zone government and enterprise communication. Good communication influence the development zone and the development of enterprises in the development zone is of great significance. Development Zone to establish a service-oriented, service-oriented development zone shaping services environment, management practices, high efficiency, soft corporate investment, low cost, high talent enthusiasm will naturally attract a lot of talent and capital, technological innovation, can form a lasting competitive. At the same time, good communication is one of the prerequisites for the establishment of service-oriented development zone government has an important significance of the Development Zone Government to transform government functions, improve the market economic management system. This paper analyzes the the Development Zone government and enterprises to communicate the status quo and problems, the use of a combination of empirical analysis and theoretical explanations, case analysis and comparison of the combination of research methods. Describes the background material on the basis of government-enterprise communication Changshu Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Changshu Economic Development Zone and the development zone enterprises in communication between the problems and impact.
