With the talent supply and demand mechanism increasingly market-oriented , career guidance is becoming a means of the indispensable labor market regulation and guidance . Vocational students as a group has a potential advantage in labor resources in China , whether its good professional ability in school education , timely and adequate employment and ultimately achieve the career aspirations of social stability and regional economic development are of great significance . Today , the goal of higher vocational education is no longer a grantee skills, finding a career utilitarian sex education , but to make the educated to become a long-term sustainable society education . So , how to correct the shortcomings of the existing vocational guidance , the shackles in the breakthrough work , build effective career guidance system is the core to achieve the goal of higher vocational education , the key . This paper studies the career guidance on the basis of the theory , to the comprehensive development of the doctrine of Marxism as the guiding ideology , summed abroad , domestic school vocational guidance specific practice , through in-depth analysis of Inner Mongolia Wulanchabu vocational colleges , vocational guidance the status quo , and eventually asked the vocational colleges to build a career guidance system countermeasures . Specific empirical study , I primarily use interviews , Inner Mongolia Wulanchabu four vocational colleges to conduct in-depth research . The results show that : Wulanchabu City vocational colleges are initially carried out the work of vocational guidance , and to a certain extent based on the characteristics of the regional economic development of students in vocational guidance ; same time , there are also some problems . These issues are also common in many vocational colleges , its roots that lack of a sound and effective system of vocational guidance . So , at the crux of the problem , the paper proposes vocational colleges overall construction of the vocational guidance system countermeasures are also ideological system of vocational guidance , composed of three parts of the organizational system of vocational guidance , vocational guidance implementing system .
