Abstract


National universities is a new type of socialist institutions of higher learning, founded by the party and the state to solve the ethnic problem , the training of ethnic minority cadres is an important base of high-quality personnel training of ethnic minority , the national college graduate is the backbone of the development of ethnic minority areas . Concerned about the the national college graduate employment , has a very important significance to the promotion of social, political, economic , scientific and technological , cultural construction , but also help improve the national college graduate employment work to promote the growth and success of the national college graduate . The actual situation of the national college graduate employment , this paper focuses on the following four issues : national college graduate employment outlook and its characteristics . For example, through questionnaires , interviews , and other methods , investigated both in graduate students for the purposes of employment , employment destination , employment areas , professional whether counterparts , work units and expected salary , passed from graduate students to the Central University for Nationalities analysis school graduate employment destination of graduates in the past three years , summed up the national college graduate employment outlook , job flow characteristics .
