Abstract


As more and more metro lines will be put into operation soon, the substation maintenance group of Guangzhou Metro Maintenance Center (GMMC) has to face a series of management problems, such as the rapidly increasing of devices, the over length of responsible lines, and that the team is becoming younger. In order to raise the management skill level of the substation maintenance group up and summarize the experience of group building, the power supply department of GMMC developed the activity about group building standardization from June to December in 2010.Group is the most basic organization in the device maintenance management system. It is the smallest team in GMMC. It is the origin of all work in GMMC. GMMC must achieve sustainable development with scientific management style. Because every task target and management system needs to be executed in groups, the execution of group is the key of scientific development in GMMC. The group standardization is an important work in major of power transformation maintenance. It contains the safe production of power transformation maintenance, quality service, creative development, and so on. It is an important method of power transformation maintenance focusing on Micro-Management.The topics to subway substation maintenance group of standardization for the study, analysis of substation maintenance group through the process of standardization of integrated management, security management, human resources management, etc., the introduction of 6S management, location management, group leaders training theory in the standardization of substation maintenance group with team building nature of the business, team characteristics, carry out targeted building, find the most suitable ways and means to optimize the management team, introduced to the standardization of substation maintenance team of the study, for the standardization of substation maintenance team provide a reference for further promotion and reference.
