Abstract


After entering the WTO, the market and economy surroundings of our postal enterprises have changed, more and more domestic and foreign enterprises participated in the business of expressage, logistics, finance and so on, the Post faced up the unprecedented pressure. How to improve the benefit has become a vital and pressing task. There are two methods to improve the benefit:one is from the technology development, the other is from the engagement. It is an efficient way to take good charge in the engagement and take the greatest benefit from it. Financial management is the core of enterprise management, capital engagement is the core financial engagement, being the most energetic part of financial engagement decision-making, the working capital engagement drawled a little attention. Therefore, it is quite necessary and urgent to analyze the actuality of Ningxia Post working capital engagement, find out its problems and reasons, think out the countermeasures. It can make certain contributions to the working capital engagement of our postal enterprise.By choosing the concept of generalized working capital as the scope to study Ningxia Post working capital, deeply analyzing its actuality, selecting two domestic enterprises in the post of the representative provinces(A and B province), comparing the capital system, turnover and so on, this thesis explore the existing problems in currency funds engagement, accounts receivable engagement and inventory engagement, and find out its reasons, set up the mode and system of working capital engagement which is suitable for Ningxia Post by learning the advanced engagement theory and experience from both domestic and foreign, in order to improve the efficiency of Ningxia Post working capital engagement, the level of enterprise financial engagement and its competition, to realize the healthy sustainable development of our enterprises.
