Abstract


With the rapid development of computer technologies,GIS technology for digital urban management is applied in more and more fields.Deploying large scale services through GIS is becoming the major trend of digital urban management.GIS applied to digital urban management,the planners can in a digital environment,to conduct comprehensive looked at urban management with dynamic interactive way,which has changed the traditional urban management models.The approach provides a kind of new auxiliary technical mean for urban management.The thesis systemic analyzed domestic and international situation and the GIS in digital pipe network planning application status,and focuses on improving the algorithm of digital pipe network planning and realizing the development of digital urban management system.In detail,the main work and contributions are described as follows:1) In this thesis ,the theories and technologies of GIS has been researched and concluded,which gives an application into the digital pipe network information system.2) A spatial data modeling for the Industry Features of pipe network and the ArcSDE is introduced after thorough research of pipe network data and the GeoDatabase.The pipe network system based on GeoDatabase and ORACLE database is designed, also can meet the requirements of both muti-user and the mass data processing.3) An original architecture of digital pipe network management platform has been proposed ,which based on the Requirements analysis of pipe industry.4) Based on the modified algorithm of ACO is applied to the accident repair of pipe network and the pipe network planning.5) "Urban Digital Pipe Network Information Platform Based on GIS" is designed and implemented,which is developed on ArcGIS Engine 9.2 platform.With the Visual Studio 2005 IDE and ORACLE as its database,this system use ArcGIS SDE9.2 as spatial data engine.Summarily,this thesis researches the key technologies on digital pipe network management and planning based on GIS,which develop the system platform for relevant applications.
