Abstract


In order to exist and develop in the market, the corporation have to increase the sales income and profits, there is no other method beside increasing sales income and reducing costs. With the continuous consumption of natural resources, the price of raw material which made from natural resources is rising constantly. Thus reducing costs has become more and more difficult. Therefore, the best and effective method is to develop new customers or projects.In this paper, arrange the business status of VWS (China) corporation, meanwhile, comprehensivly analysize the original equipment market condition of automotive wiper system. Use the SWOT analysis method, found some difficulties existed currently in VWS (China) coporation, then, combined with Toyota supply chain system, offered some measures to help VWS (China) corporation to become Toyota automotive wiper system supplier.V group, as the world leading and professinal automotive components supplier, in order to assure its competition power in the automotive components market, have to follow the major auotmotive corporation in the world, enter and occurby the various regional and segment markets. VWS (China) is the extension of V Group,have joined in the supplier system of European and American auot corporation, but VWS (China) hadn’t supplied for Toyota motor and Honda motor before. In order to incrase the market share of wiper system in OEM market, the most important step is VWS (China) suppling for Toyota motor in the future.Given the similarity of automotive components industry, the measures which can help VWS(China)corporation to become to wiper system supplier of Toyota Motor, will suit other company more or less,it is a good reference.
