Abstract


RFID technology is the 21st century's most promising IT world, but the current RFID tags can only identify the target object, but can not obtain information about their environment . Sensors can detect the environment in which the target object information, therefore, the combination of RFID tags and sensors to fully extend RFID system functions. The main research topic is the RFID tag chip -chip temperature sensor research and design , is based on the 13.56 MHz passive RFID tag chip based on years of research conducted . Passive RFID tag chip -chip temperature sensor is designed primarily to consider power and precision of the two indicators . For these two indicators , the thesis of RFID tags integrated temperature sensor analyzes the structure , focusing on the temperature sensor module and its interfaces with other modules . The temperature sensor module design , the study focused on the temperature detection circuit with high sensitivity and high resolution design of single slope ADC . Papers on a variety of temperature detection circuit for a comparative analysis , the final selection of the use of the BJT ΔV BE detect temperature, the circuit has a voltage - temperature relationship and good linearity and power supply rejection ratio of significant advantages. Selected single slope ADC PTAT voltage of the output process , which includes a constant current source and a comparator two modules. Papers designed for the low power requirements of a work in the sub -threshold region of the constant current source circuit , it has excellent temperature stability and power supply rejection ; Meanwhile, for the precision requirements for the design of a high -gain comparator . Using SMIC 0.35μm 2P3M process cadence simulation platform based on circuit simulation results show that the sensitivity of the temperature detection circuit 4.13 mV / ℃, single slope ADC with a resolution of 1 mV. The temperature sensor module and RFID tag chip analog front-end module integrated with the simulation , the simulation results show that the temperature sensor accuracy can reach ± 1.2 ℃, meet the design requirements .
