Abstract


With the Internet , data warehouse and data mining technology , e-commerce transaction activity and trade activities in each entity relationship organically linked , resulting click-stream data warehouse . Click-stream data warehouse stored in a large number of customer information and customer behavior information click on the website , the organization will have a direct impact on the efficiency of OLAP and DM . Therefore , the model design and data extraction is a research hotspot click-stream data warehouse . This paper first introduces the definition of click-stream data warehouse , basic composition and the main function , mainly describes the difference between click-stream data warehouses and traditional data warehouse is mainly reflected in the multi-dimensional model design and ETL process of data extraction strategy in two ways. Click-stream data warehouse , a traditional event of the page and session star schema is not core entity in the customer business behavior as a solid work table , and therefore can not provide a comprehensive analysis of the direct-to- customer . Based on the analysis of the original model , according to the actual needs of the enterprise CRM proposed a customer-centric customer management star schema , and customer - oriented rotation model to be realized . More click-stream data warehouse data source , there are many inadequacies of traditional data extraction technology in the extraction efficiency and extraction accuracy . OLAP and DM mixed data to a server layer using time-based feature extraction strategy , click-stream data and external data sources , to make up for the click-stream data data integrity shortcomings . In order to verify the feasibility of customer management star mode and mixed data based on time feature extraction strategy to build a click-stream data warehouse -based electronic bookstore , click-stream data warehouse ETL capabilities with OWB .
