Today, the application of geographic information systems in the field of environmental protection has been more and more attention , and integration of GIS and environmental applications model problem has gradually become one of the hotspots of the geographic information system applications . With \Risk numerical prediction spill reasonable, credible , and the results intuitive visual expression is a key technology in the atmospheric environmental risk assessment . On the basis of the theory and application of the status quo of domestic and foreign related fluid leaks , gas leaks and leakage of the two-phase flow , leakage of liquid evaporation and leakage and diffusion calculation model . The model can simulate the instantaneous or short time under different weather conditions, hazardous chemicals, leakage and dispersion conditions . Thesis GIS professional application model integration method as the entry point for analysis and discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of the various integration methods , component technology , application model and object-oriented development environment integrated way . Meanwhile, the model discussed in detail , to achieve the specific methods and processes , integrated its GIS component . Subsequently, the paper focuses on the visual expression of the model results , the use of GIS and model integration technology tense , object-oriented programming language Visual Basic.NET development tools , file transfer and temporal GIS component embedded tightly integrated hazardous chemicals leak diffusion process visualization for hazardous chemicals spill atmospheric environment risk prediction . The significance of this study is to realize the simulation results intuitive , a rapid visual expression , can provide effective help for Atmospheric Environmental Impact Assessment and spill emergency decision . Using the model of atmospheric diffusion dynamic evolution process has been applied to the construction of the chemical industrial zone environmental systems , and have achieved good results .
