Abstract


The rapid development of the Internet has led to the text data in the network also will rapidly grow, so how to efficiently deal with these text messages has become an important research topic. The automatic text classification techniques as text information processing is an important aspect has aroused widespread concern. Text classification can handle large amounts of text, you can solve the information to a greater extent disorder status, user accurately locate the information they need. Text classification as information retrieval, information filtering, search engines, text databases, digital libraries and other areas of technology foundation, has a broad application prospects. Text classification is the most important issue mathematical representation of text data model. Currently the majority of text classification methods are based on vector space model-based. This text representation method is relatively simple, but it triggered a high-dimensional vector space and sparsity, which makes text classification with a very high time complexity; also feature vector space model ignores the semantic correlation between items, This leads to a lot of semantic information is lost, the resulting feature vector is not a good representation of text content; Finally, the vector space model based text classification methods are not a good solution to the two text data specific to natural language questions: synonyms and related words. All of these issues have greatly interfered with the efficiency and accuracy of text categorization, so that text classification performance. In order to solve the above problems, this article will introduce semantic dictionary to a text classification fields. Use the \the feature space model, represented by the word deep semantic mapping concept, thus the original word-based vector space model is based on semantic concept mapping vector space model. The semantic concept based on vector space model for Chinese text categorization conducted in-depth research, and then use the general theory of software engineering, design and implementation of semantic concept vector space model prototype system for Chinese text categorization. Finally, through the training process generated word-based vector space model and through the \comparative study. Experiments show that, based on semantic concept vector space model can effectively solve the high-dimensional vector space sparsity and synonyms, related words problem.
