Abstract


Among the national information technology , information resources of our country one of the six systems of information technology , information resources development and utilization of information technology is among the core tasks. Government information technology which play a macro guide and regulate the role model . Government information resources has become the basis for economic and social development and strategic resources. We want according to certain criteria and norms, the existing information resources to develop , exchange, integration, sharing , thus avoiding duplication of resources . This is our stage, which focuses on information technology , which is the starting point for this research . In this paper, Zhengzhou City neighborhoods specific examples of e-government information resource exchange and sharing system is studied , designed to elaborate exchange of e-government information resource sharing system developed key technologies. In the system, leaders at all levels in accordance with their respective rights information resources of the region to grasp the macro , classified information, integrated query and match query and other operations. This system is a set of both the district government departments and institutions departments, but also for the tax administration units to provide IT support for exchange of information resources sharing system. This is mainly reflected in the work : in the current relevant literature on the basis of research on the development of key technologies required for this system were studied ; Zhengzhou City neighborhood information resource exchange system 's basic functions were designed ; according to the principles of practical and easy to manage the detailed design of the database . Emphasis is used in the development of the system information data reuse , which uses the idea of ??data extraction for each original data exchange concerned , sharing and integration , enabling the reuse of resources . And system management section for a detailed design and implementation , the system only has the attribute data management functions , but also has the property of spatial data management functions to achieve a system of spatial data scalability, easy for administrators management .
