Abstract


The rural labor force from agriculture to non-agricultural fields provides an opportunity for land circulation. Farmers to the work or business, will make a choice of the ground strategic. Their land ownership strategy and can be divided into three kinds:not for processing, custom flow and circulation of contract. Different land ownership strategy has different happening mechanism and social function, to the effect of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is not the same. In the capital has not been formed before agriculture, rural land circulation occurs mainly in the village of internal between farmers, is a kind of public and geopolitical link for the conventions of circulation. Foreign capital into the agricultural areas, contributed to the land circulation market formation, beyond the natural villages and communities and to have legal effect the boundary of the contract for the occurrence of security in the farmers and capital.
