Abstract


Natural disasters in our country to weather disasters most prominent. Our sphere of influence is the largest storm caused the worst floods weather systems , normal year , due rainstorm disasters caused direct economic losses of up to several billion dollars. Short and medium term forecasting very difficult storm , but the use of high spatial and temporal resolution Doppler weather radars can effectively monitoring and early warning of falling short rainstorm area, strength and burst time , to minimize storm to bring industrial and agricultural production losses. This technique using image processing , extraction, calculate the image feature rain radar , the resulting characteristic data storage. In the case library constructed on the basis of rough set theory to mine rules, and constructed based on rough set CBR rainstorm case retrieval system . This echoes the final realization of the forecast heavy rain , reaching the warning effect . This paper covers the following aspects: ( 1 ) feature extraction, build case base . Using digital image processing techniques , extraction, calculate the characteristic radar image , save it to the database, build the case base for mining rainstorm rules provide the underlying data source . ( 2 ) the use of rough set theory for data mining , access rules . First, the data in the database is discretized , and then based on rough set theory attribute reduction and rule generation . ( 3 ) Construction Based on Rough Set Theory CBR rainstorm case retrieval system . Conditions for the use of rough set theory calculation condition attribute attribute importance weights and using the principle of similarity retrieved from the case base source similar cases and improve case base . In summary, this study can effectively identify the storm echo, and to a certain extent to meet the needs of practical applications for Doppler radar echo rainstorm warning contributed.
